On Thursday Morning Doug and I stopped for one last breakfast together. He had eggs benedict

I had these, some sort of crepe I think

It wasn't bad and it wasn't cheap

If you want a good picture of haystack rock you need to walk out on the sand

Or use telephoto to crop out most of the crappy looking stuff in the way.

That should almost do it

Right after haystack rock is this tunnel

Not sure how I got in front of him.

They give scenic train tours with this old train along the coast

It takes a lot of anti deer spray to keep these guys out of your garden

My Son and Daughter in Law at their new house

Eldo uses this drill to hollow out tree stumps so they can use them as planters.

It smells great, I'm ready to eat but I think this is a slow cooker

We are hiking out to where it used to exist

A small blue spruce of some kind

A very large Ant hill of another kind

Someone has been thoughtful enough to place these marker post where some of the building used to exist.

Garabaldi through the fog

Blue heron fishing as the tide is coming in

He heard the salmon are running

Not all who play on the rocks, stay on the rocks

Fun to see the surf from the side

I believe it is a tsunami sensing and warning system.

A small charter fishing boat

Driftwoods Looters

Just realizing they have been caught

My son's first residence on the coast

Cool log canoe

I like the patchwork look of this mountain with the clearcut logging

I like it even better with the river

For my buddy Dave

Guess you aren't the only one that like these things.

The three of us are eating here for an early dinner
