It's the 4th of July and the young and the old (me) are gathering for the fireworks spectacular.

Logan is the youngest pyro maniac in the family.

Jacob comes in second

Papa Steffen and Grandma Bev aren't going to be left out.

The starbucks coffee cup was probably the best display of the evening.

It finished off with a bang.

One of my daughters best friends lives on this ranch near Echo, OR

She has captured this view so many times using different effect to the enjoyment of everyone that sees them.

I asked her if I could take a few shots with my plain jane camera. I think it would be impossible to ruin this view.

At the bottom of the canyon flows the Umatilla River

A perennial oasis.

Hailey was disappointed not to see Lindsay's boys but she's checking out their picture on Lindsay's phone.

After visiting the ranch, we visited the town and had a bite to eat.

Maybe a few bites!

It was so finger licken good!

The old bank is now a museum.

Sort of tells the story about this town.

Here they tell the Old Old Story of Jesus!

We were hot and tired when we got home from the 300 mile 100 degree ride and Hailey wasn't feeling pretty and fresh.

She smiled (sort of) when I told her that's why we called them biker babes!
